At Fragrance Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Securely place the fragrance in its original box and use protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
